At Harry & Grace Sydney, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees or customs charges
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some is not permitted
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@harryandgracesydney.com to register your return
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China) and packing instructions.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at checkout
- Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@harryandgracesydney.com
